"We are not the cute little small dog that the whole world wants to adopt.

We are all Medium to Large. We have been at Almost Home for quite sometime now always being looked
over for the cute little small or pedigree dogs. Why can't people see passed that? We are all sweet,
gentle and so eager to please. Some of us are ready for our shots all over again. That is how long we
have been here. We love Almost Home for saving our lives but we really want to live in a home not a
kennel. We want to share our lives with a family...A forever family. Please consider one of us. Our dream
come true would truly be a forever home to call our own."

Warmest Regards,

Andrew
Andrew is a beautiful boy. Neutered. Approx. 2 1/2 yrs. old.
Andrew is housetrained and knows basic commands. He is
absolutely adorable BUT ONLY A ONE PERSON DOG!He is
very protective of his Person. If you could find it in your heart
to adopt this wonderful boy he would be so good to you. Through
professional training we feel he would do very well. He might do
okay if there are two adults in the house but one is preferable.
Poor Andrew is confused. He thinks he is the parent of his
person and has to protect them with his life. He needs
obedience training or someone experienced with the dominance
trait. He needs to know he is the kid and his parent is the

Morrie's Updates
"Morrie is a very good dog. He is almost completely housetrained, good in the crate, up to date on shots
and gets along great with other dogs! He doesn't chase my cats, just very curious :) He's learning to
walk well on a leash, and knows some helpful commands! Sit, give paw, and lie down. Morrie loves people,
and has the loveavble smarts of a lab. He's goofy, playful, and intelligent. Morrie's such a good boy, all
he needs to complete his life is a forever home!"

her crate like a good girl, and goes outside. Petunia also knows sit, and knows she is not supposed to jump.

Petunia has had no accidents in her foster home. We think she might like a home with kids, but she's no
doubt ready to be devoted to any human who is wise enough to snap her up, kids or not. She loves to run
around and play, and just be hugged and shown she is loved. When meeting other dogs and cats, she is a bit
scared, but eventually warms up to them, but it is imperative that she not be fed around others.

With humans, she is nothing but a ball of hugs, kisses, and devoted companionship. She would love for
someone to take her in and offer a home with a lifetime of love, which she will gladly return.

Please consider visiting Petunia at one of our adoption events... just like the flower she is named after,
she's sure to brighten your day!!!
